Material Design for Bootstrap is a series of web design tools that you can use to augment your development experience. One of these new tools is Boot Starters, a collection of templates intended to get your web project going right off the bat with themes such as Dark Mode, Magazine, Blog, and many others. These free templates, which are for Bootstrap 5, feature MIT licensing and Microsoft Fluent design to make your projects look modern and aesthetic.
Just in case you are not familiar with what is new with the Bootstrap 5 framework for web development, here is what you need to know:
Bootstrap 5 includes an awesome new layout, a new tab header and the new "More Items" tab option.
All of the standard web design elements should be used in this new tab header (i.e. tabs, header rows, header-bottom-left).
Tabs and columns should have background-color of #f1f1f1, a background-image of #000, and an alignment of 100%.
For each header tab, there is a default color for that tab and a background-color of #f2f2f2 and background-image of #000, and a background-size of 100%.
The "More Items" tab option allows for loading of more items in each header tab, so that the number of items displayed per tab does not increase at all.
This tab row header can not be used as a header tab, so it is set to "Header" and should match the "More Items" option.
The tab title should contain the title of the tab, with no spaces or other punctuation. One of the tabs should be disabled (by default the default "More Items") so it has no effect on the entire tab.
This is a powerful, flexible, scalable, tabular UI framework: just like the Bootstrap framework, but it is not a good enough template solely by itself. You can also set it manually but the result is a lot of boilerplate that makes the web look redundant. For this reason, the collection of starter templates mentioned earlier looks like it will be of great convenience for Bootstrap developers who want to diversify their projects.
