Do You Ever Use Wireframing for Simple Web Design Projects?

Not all web designers and developers are fans of wireframing. Some web design professionals believe that wireframing only needs to be done when dealing with major projects such as enterprise websites because they involve workflows, but busy front-end developers will frame projects for clients who may be considered to be "boutique." Then we have another subset of designers who focus on progressive web apps and user interfaces; these are the kind of professionals who will be more likely to wireframe their projects.

These are the kind of graphics that you would see drawn on a napkin when meeting with certain clients, and everyone in the conversation thread thought that they were very cute.
