SFCD is an application design firm that uses UI/UX programming to create both iOS and Android-based apps. The company pairs with others, such as Wieden+Kennedy, to create an app for Sony's first waterproof device. SFCD aided ADP in designing and creating an iPOD app which was eventually ported to all iOS devices. The software company also designs and creates its own applications, including Miranda, a time zone converter. Miranda was awarded a Pixel Award in 2015 and was lauded for its clean, minimalist design. The program was a featured app multiple times with Apple, and received a nod from the industry giant in its inclusion into Apple's Best Apps of 2015. Spinrilla, a free source of online mix tapes, worked with SFCD to create an Android application that has been downloaded over five million from the Google Play Store.
